formation \u00e0 l&rsquo;<a href=\"https:\/\/ici.coach\/\">Institut de Coaching International de Gen\u00e8ve<\/a> m&rsquo;a rapproch\u00e9 de la <a href=\"https:\/\/www.coachfederation.fr\/comites\/comite-deontologique\/code-deontologique-icf\/\">charte d\u00e9ontologique de l&rsquo;ICF<\/a> (International Coaching Federation).<\/p><p>Au del\u00e0 de la d\u00e9ontologie de la profession qui, pour un coach devrait \u00eatre naturelle, je pr\u00e9cise les valeurs que je porte et qui constituent mon \u00e9thique.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section elementor-top-section class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<ul><li><strong>Honn\u00eatet\u00e9<\/strong> : Le coach ne pr\u00e9tend pas apporter des solutions miracles ou universelles. Le coach se positionne en partenaire, attentif aux attentes et besoins du coach\u00e9, et en aucun cas en position de sup\u00e9riorit\u00e9 (Principe de posture basse).<\/li><li><strong>Confidentialit\u00e9\u00a0<\/strong>: Les \u00e9changes entre coach et coach\u00e9 sont strictement confidentiels. Il en est de m\u00eame dans le cas de coaching d&rsquo;\u00e9quipes, de familles, de couples&#8230; la confidentialit\u00e9 peut \u00eatre individuelle ou collective selon les souhaits de chacun.<\/li><li><strong>Ouverture<\/strong> : Les \u00e9changes entre coach et coach\u00e9s se font dans un esprit d&rsquo;ouverture, chacun ayant ses propres valeurs.<\/li><li><strong>Non jugement<\/strong> : L&rsquo;absence de jugement est un pilier du coaching. Aucun jugement n&rsquo;est port\u00e9 sur l&rsquo;histoire de chacun, sa culture, ses choix, ses actions.<\/li><li><strong>Respect<\/strong> : Le respect mutuel est une valeur naturelle dans le partenariat entre coach et coach\u00e9s, sans aucune discrimination.<\/li><li><strong>Autonomie<\/strong> : Le coach doit se rendre le plus vite possible \u00ab\u00a0inutile\u00a0\u00bb. En aucun cas le coach cherche \u00e0 rendre ses coach\u00e9s d\u00e9pendants de son accompagnement. De plus, le coach ne cherche pas \u00e0 influencer, chacun \u00e9tant \u00e0 m\u00eame de d\u00e9terminer ses solutions, de d\u00e9finir ses actions, de prendre ses d\u00e9cisions.<\/li><li><strong>Partage <\/strong>: Le coach travaille dans un esprit de partage avec ses confr\u00e8res et cons\u0153urs.
